Yes. Members renew from the SetGo app and pay through Cashfree with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI ID, a debit or credit card, or netbanking, in a single slide. Cash and UPI paid at the front desk are recorded in the admin portal too, so all payments sit in one register.

Yes. SetGo creates a PDF receipt with your gym's name and a sequential receipt number for every payment automatically, whether it was paid online, in cash or by UPI at the desk. Members can download all their receipts from the app, which ends most arguments about who paid.

The dues screen lists every member who is overdue, due today or due this week, with the amount at stake. WhatsApp opens the chat with the reminder already written, or App reminder sends it to the member's phone, and each reminder is logged so staff never message the same member twice.

Yes. SetGo has owner, manager and front-desk roles. Front-desk staff can add members, record payments, handle dues and run check-ins, but collections and revenue totals are hidden from them. Each person gets their own login, and you can remove someone's access the moment they leave.

Yes. The SetGo app is free for your members. They sign in with their phone number and a one-time code, see their plan and days left, renew in one slide with UPI, check in with a QR code, follow a workout routine, read gym updates, buy supplements your gym sells and track calories, diet and water.

Yes. Members find your gym in the app, see your photos, timings, Google reviews and plans, and tap Share my details. You see it under Enquiries and send an invite with the admission fee and first plan, and they slide to pay with UPI. You still decide who joins and at what price.

Yes, free for members. There is a calorie tracker with about 300 Indian foods, including Kashmiri food and wazwan, ready-made Indian diet charts with meal reminders, a water tracker and a personal calorie target from height, weight and age. Members can switch home screen cards on or off.

Yes. SetGo is built for owners with more than one gym. Every branch has its own members, plans, prices, staff and receipt numbers, so nothing mixes between locations, and you can switch between branches from one account to see members and collections everywhere.
